By submitting this form and requesting an instant cleaning quote from M&R Cleaning Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Quote Accuracy

  • The instant quote provided is an estimate only and is based on the information submitted by the customer.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and specific requirements of the property.

  • A representative from M&R Cleaning Co. may follow up to confirm details and/or schedule a walk-through before finalizing the price.

2. Service Scope

  • Quotes are based on standard cleaning service packages unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, pet damage, post-construction cleanup, or other specialty services not disclosed at the time of quote request.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of confirmed appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled service time.

  • Any hazards or biohazards must be disclosed in advance.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • M&R Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage to property, furnishings, or surfaces.

  • While our staff takes great care, M&R Cleaning Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improperly installed fixtures, furniture, or appliances.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit, Zelle, Cashapp.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

8. Privacy Policy

  • All customer information submitted through this form will be used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Right to Refuse Service


    • M&R Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or requests outside the scope of our service offerings.
